Wondering what your experience will be like? Let me take you through a typical Live Retreat Experience.
Arrive on Friday at your leisure (or as a disheveled mess because everything went wrong as you were trying to walk out the door). Our lobby greeters will say hello with chocolate and smiles.
The lobby greeters will point you toward Registration. At the Registration table we will check you in, give you your name tag and welcome bag which will include your program and other goodies.
Once you have registered you can make your way over to the Apologia Booth to look around and meet some other moms.
Then it will be time to head to our opening General Session.
In the General Sessions we will worship, learn, listen, and pray. We will be encouraged spiritually. The speakers will share their struggles and successes from their own homeschool experiences. In past years we have been encouraged to Walk in the Light as we homeschool and Stand Firm. You can listen to some of those sessions over on the audio page.
Outside of the general sessions we will encourage one another in prayer and fellowship.
